According to our company rule, each machine will be tested with the materials by our QC department,in order to 100% assure the machine quality,until work it well,and inspect report also will be sent to our clients.

It's used for all kinds of chemical fiber fabric,such as T/C, Fleece Fabrics, Tricot Fabrics, Woven Fabrics, Knitted Fabrics, Pongee and others.

There is fabric to fabric (2 Layer) ultrasonic or fabric to polyfiber fill pad, or fabric to polyfil to fabric (3 layer),or more multi-layers materials.

If you want to cut the edge or ultrasonic vertical cutting,we can do one of them or all. Before production,the machine drawing will be made,then send it to you for check and confirm.

The machine is easy to operate,the rollers and patterns can be designed, according to different material and different end use, also with the clear and beautiful pattern.
